I bought 2 of these. They worked well for about a year with little use, after that we had connectivity issues. Blue Tooth couldn't keep in touch. They became unreliable and the warranty had expired. When we contacted Sennheiser, they did nothing. I am disappointed with the purchase. We don't use them very often compared to the manufacturer, so I wouldn't recommend this product unless Sennheiser decides to back it up and fix an obvious flaw.
