Many years ago, on Black Friday, I first came across a Brother printer when it was replaced with a printer that was out of stock and when I was running out of toner needed, I carefully estimated prices and ordered toner from the Kingdom. Unfortunately, the paper feed mechanism died and it was cheaper to simply replace the printer with a new one than to repair it. The new Brother uses a different cartridge, model TN-730 or TN-760, and Brother replacements cost $43 and $77 respectively. at Staples. THIS kit includes 2 toners and a drum (Brother's drum is $102), so you can see this kit is $50. (And I paid less to replace the printer than I did for the Brother brand drum). The order arrived well packaged on the 3rd day. I was initially stunned to see two different sized brown boxes labeled "Toner Cartridge" but quickly discovered that the larger box contained two toners (labeled TN730/760/770*2) and the other the drum (labeled the labeled DR730/760). ). DR means drum. The toner is rated for 3,000 copies at 5% coverage and the drum is rated for 12,000 copies. You might not need to replace the drum very often, but it's nice to have one on hand when you need it. Although I checked the drum I did not install it as my printer only printed 297 pages and the remaining drum life is 98%. I installed the toner cartridge according to the instructions that came with it. The process is simple and I printed some test prints. I immediately noticed an improvement in print quality, and after a few pages, the fonts got darker. I will not hesitate to buy them again.
