I tried to get the company to talk to me about my order and the insane amount of damaged hinges but I still haven't heard from them. I order 5 pounds of loops plus a small number of loops plus a professional loom. The professional loom had a pair of curved tines. Find loops that dissolve. Several are one, but the crowd we have is too great. Also we haven't used all the colors yet but when we tried to make pink and orange last night most of the pink bows were made for the smaller loom and it was so hard. to get onto the loom we gave up. But there were also pink ones that were easy to put on and we felt they were made for the pros. But there are very few of them. I think I received a poor quality batch and a bent loom. If not, and that's okay, I would never order this brand again. I have spent a lot of money to get my granddaughter to customize your products and I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. Which is bad because she loves the ones that work well.
