This product is easy to use. And a great tool for any home or professional kitchen. It is produced from premium fiberglass and food grade silicone. With a noted safety certification FDA/LFGB. Using this matt is so much easier, and basically fool proof. In comparison to cooking sprays or parchment paper. Saving time with leas effort and no mess or excessive trash. Bringing an environment friendly note to your baking activities. It is also said to have a service life of 3 plus years, if used normally. My cookie baking experience was fantastic. And best of all completely spatula free! This matt is to be supported by a solid baking tray. Seeing as though it is flexible and not stiff. However it was not a great fit for even my largest of cookie sheets. The matt measures approximately 23.5x 15 3/4 inches. Forming a fairly large rectangular shape. Basically the size of my entire oven rack. So although it worked well, I wasn't able to use it's entire surface. Or even the complete surface of the cookie sheet. Because of the positioning. I do however love the easy clean up. And the exceptional non stick qualities. Hopefully there are optional sizes for home use. This size in particular I'd recommend for a professional environment.
