My doctor has diagnosed me with tennis elbow. He told me to take one of those bandages and put it on my arm whenever it hurts or when I'm doing things that make my arm worse. Since there is no longer a sports authority in our area, I went to Revain to find one. I liked that it could be wrapped around the arm and adjusted with Velcro. I was concerned it would not fit my arms which are shaped and not very thick. It fits great. I felt instant relief as I put it on and tightened it. It's good quality and I like to have 2. I wear one on top and one on bottom so I can put it on immediately if I feel my hand hurt.
