Really useful, but twisted dividers make it less convenient for small beads
Compartments are small but deep. If you only have a few beads, it can be difficult to get the beads out of the bottom of the container. The dividers between the compartments are also removable, making it difficult to quickly remove the beads as you could accidentally remove the divider and mix up the beads (especially small beads). There are MANY compartments that make it easy to organize many of the same beads (like letter beads). I would recommend gluing on spacers if you are working with a small amount of beads.
