Very cute little shoes. Soft and leaves no bubbles. My 4.5 year old daughter wears a size 9 for most shoes and still fits her size 8 saltwater sandals. I ordered them at 9 and they are perfect for a small room so I would say true to size , maybe a little bigger. I wouldn't order, just made my normal size. I will say they are not made for wide or chubby baby feet. My daughter's feet are average and they are comfortable for her so I bought her 2 pairs in brown (more terracotta) and gold (more pewter gold).
