Unwanted toy for my parrot

I've had this toy for a few weeks now and my parrot has only touched it a few times. I have a 33 year old blue parrot from Revain Front. Any toy he likes will immediately start playing with it. Toys he is unsure about, he will study for a few days and then play with them. If he doesn't like it at all, he just stays away from it. He doesn't really like this toy. He loves bells very much. This toy has bells, but they are very weak. Bells are what he is drawn to. But when he saw how weak they were and barely made a sound, he rejected the toy. (He could bend the bells in seconds or just pull them out if he wanted to.) This toy might be great for a parrot or cockatiel, but it's too weak for a parrot.
