I bought two of these to make chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's Day. I love her. The chocolate melted in 5-7 minutes. I used a bag of melted Gharideli chocolate which yielded 29 strawberries. My only complaint is that one of the two chocolate melters has clearly been used; not in a box like the second. A bit disappointed that there isn't much. The chocolate melted smoothly and looked professional; just like sherry berries. I like that the pot is metal and not plastic like other brands. This is a deep pot and is very easy to clean. I used up as much of the melted chocolate as I could, then removed the pan, waited a few minutes, scooped out the unused chocolate, and wiped the rest off with a paper towel. Allow to cool completely, then hand wash and dry.
