Excellent quality, love the color.
I have worn many different blue eyeliners, and this one is by far my most favorite. It’s an excellent royal blue, and lasts long, is water resistant, and fairly easy to remove. I was very impressed with this, and would recommend to anyone, beginner or expert looking for a brilliant blue.
