Review on 🔌 Schumacher AC to DC Power Converter: 70W Continuous, 140W Peak - 12V DC Port, 12V AC Outlet Plug-in by Ted Boone

I use this power supply to power my 12v telescope mount. My tester shows that this unit converts 120 volts AC to 12.75 volts DC. The power requirements of my mount are 11-16V DC and 4 amps. It works with my mount without any problems, but I know from experience that for the weight of my telescope and accessories I need at least the performance that this unit delivers. This device is rated for 70 watts of continuous power up to 6 amps. You need to be careful what kind of device you are powering. If more 12 volt accessories were connected to my telescope, I would need a power source rated for more amps. Check the amps your 12 volt device is drawing. The DC end of the device is a single cigarette lighter socket. My five star rating is based on PS usage within limits. It has a reputation for being reliable. I have other electronic devices from the Schumacher brand and have always been satisfied.
