A cheaper and lighter weight alternative to a heavy up-down table! This is exactly what I was looking for! It feels solid and I like how easily the top of the table rotates (some might not like this feature - there is no stopper to prevent twist/rotation). The little effort you have to put in to bring it back down makes it a lot stronger (you literally have to stick your body in). I love the table legs so I can put my feet on them to get rid of my old broken footstool. Very easy to assemble although I searched for the part (the plastic cover) for about 5 minutes before realizing it was a smaller part which was not found on this particular model. The only thing the seller could have done better is to update the instructions that came with it. I'm only 5 inches tall and I use the bottom of an office style bunk bed for my office and sound booth. I'm small enough to stand under it. So when I get into the tedious editing or recording process, I know this desk will help alleviate sore butt syndrome! Definitely one of the many favorite purchases of all time!
