Great customer service and amazing designers who create custom logos + graphics
I like that they are very flexible with their design process, but also have strong ideas about what is best for my business needs! They're always willing (and able)to listen when we bring them something different - which helps us stay ahead as an agency/brand over time!! Communication can be difficult at times due too many people working remotely from home during this pandemic situation so it's not easy getting things done quickly or efficiently sometimes- however all good problems :) There has been some delays recently regarding payments being processed through Paypal etc., just keep your eye out if you want payment options other than credit card via StripePayment gateway.- The ability add more pages into layouts without having issues where images won't fit properly across multiple page designs;-).
- The team works with you to solve problems and find solutions they're very flexible and are willing to listen and learn from your needs/wants
- It's nice to hear the team is excited about their work and is genuinely interested in your business and needs
- The team needs to be more responsive when it comes to communications and updates (they are, but there's a lot of emails back and forth with changes/updates etc)
