Toad Fish Spatula is more expensive than others but I think it's worth it. It feels hard and heavy. So far I've only used it for flounder fillets on my grill and it works great. If it can flip a flounder on the grill without ending up with a million broken fillet pieces, I would expect a spatula to handle tougher fish like halibut, mahi, and salmon with ease. The "built-in" spatula stand is a nice plus, although I had to bend the spatula a bit to keep the spatula from falling out of the stand. Finally, the company uses part of its profits to fish and restore oyster beds - very worthy goals!
