OK. deformation thing. Reviews of other small stainless steel pans show that they "warp" when cooked above 350 degrees. THIS IS NOT A DEFORMATION IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. A few bucks more for this one, but I gave it a try. Used once so far, cooked slightly at 375 and NO DEFORMATION. So far, so good. THE QUALITY OF THIS IS EXCELLENT. Very high feeling of the end. I was about to buy 3 more and he said this buyer only allows you to buy one. I do not know what you are talking about.
