Ordered these to start making some desserts, as well as to have some small dishes for putting ingredients in while cooking meals. I'm happy to say they've been great so far - I've made some chocolate lava cakes and some salted caramel custard in them (thanks Chef John / Food Wishes). Did have one minor issue with one ramekin being more oval than circular, and DeeCoo made it right very quickly by providing a complete replacement set at no cost.Longer version------------------As I've been cooking more at home given safer-at-home orders, I finally hit a point where I wanted a good set of ramekins, both for desserts and as handy dishes for ingredient prep when preparing meals. This looked like a great deal so ordered a setBox arrived and opened it up. The ramekins were what I considered to be well packed, and none of them were damaged inside. A smaller ramekin is nested inside a larger one, with some packaging between them, as well as around them, to help protect them in transit. There's a note inside saying if there is damage during shipping (as DeeCoo acknowledges on the note may happen even despite all the packaging) to contact them and they'll take care of it.While I didn't have any issue with them breaking in transit, there was one smaller ramekin that was stuck inside its larger one. After getting some soap involved to help, I was able to get them apart, and saw that the ramekin was not circular, but more oval, which caused it to stick in there. I reached out to DeeCoo and let them know, and they asked for some pictures to help explain things. Once they saw, they quickly offered to send another set at no cost to make it right. After verifying my shipping address, they had the replacements sent at no cost, and told me to keep the other set.Cooking in them has been great so far, too. I've made chocolate lava cakes in them, as well as some salted caramel custard. I've also used them to put things in while cooking, such as an egg so I can pour it into the cast iron skillet (pull broken egg shell out of a cast iron skillet? no thanks). They wash well in the dishwasher, and I have them stacked three-ish high in the cupboard to store them ( I wouldn't go too much higher with them).In the end, when I bought these there was only one review, so took a little bit of a gamble, but in the end, these are very nice, I've enjoyed cooking with them, and am thankful for the fast resolution to the small issue I had. I'm glad I went with these, and look forward to making lots of yummy things in them.
