I have a two-zone wine refrigerator for wine lovers. The top didn't cool, but the bottom did. I swapped the boards, top to bottom, bottom to top there is no difference. I moved the fan assembly the same way. The problem was related to the cooling fan assembly. Two fans were running in each block. So I started reading about thermoelectric coolers between fans next to heatsinks. I realized that this could be the problem. I disassembled the non-working unit and found the above model number on it. I bought two for about $10, now I have a spare. I replaced the thermoelectric cooler and the section that wasn't cooled started to cool but wasn't cooled enough. I read a little more and realized that I need a new thermal compound that is used in computer processors. I used the paste disassembled the block again. I applied the paste to both sides of the ceramic cooler. Both devices now cool down to a cool 54 or 57 degrees. What a great solution!
