I am not a coffee lover and this is my first coffee machine in principle. In general, I'm happy with everything. The coffee turns out delicious (but, of course, depends on the quality of the capsules). But from such a little unpleasant little things for me, it should be noted the high level of noise, as well as the small height between the water tray and the spout from which coffee is poured; also, it seems to me, the volume of the coffee tray that drains after making coffee is small. Again, I note that these are not flaws! And just my quibbles)
