I am glad that such a product exists. The problem I would have in the fall season is leaves and dirt getting into the grate opening. It would always be clogged with leaves and thus block the radiator. These snap-on grille clips get the job done and are inexpensive enough not to complain. Despite the great design, it doesn't have a hole for my Tuffy hood latch. The ABS material was soft enough that I was able to enlarge the hole just enough to fit my key in the lock. Aesthetics aside, this item does the job I need it to do. When installed, there are no problems with overheating. Please note that it is not 100% seated on the factory grille. When installing, there is a small gap at the bottom, YMMV. It also doesn't hurt to apply a coat of clear coat to protect it from fading from sun exposure.
