Coils go well with body and frame parts

Coils aren't essential to bike performance, so it's not worth paying a lot for. I don't like that as the bolt that screws through the spool into the swingarm feels cheap. The filaments are not accurate and appear to be plated which is not always a good thing in my opinion. I used blue screw lock for assembly. I've raised the bike twice with the stand and it worked quite well.
