Let me just say that I am very pleased that this set comes with bow hooks. The balloons were painted as described. My favorite were the confetti balloons. The balloons are so pretty! Received many compliments. SO easy to make yourself, I only recommend getting an electric air pump. You don't need helium in these balloons to form an arch. No balloons popped when inflated or attached to a bow tool. Balloons come in different sizes, but by blowing them up, you can make a balloon of the size you want. I also recommend buying double sided tape to hold the hooks in place. The time taken to inflate the balloons and form the arch was approximately 90 minutes. I skipped all the other holes and then came back to fill in the gaps. The set includes glue dots. We suggest that you see where you want to place the free balloon and cut off the dots with attached paper, put on the balloon, rub the paper lightly to allow the glue dots to stick, then stick the balloon on the arch.
