If you live up to your expectations, you will be very satisfied with this projector. After all, this is a budget projector, not a high-end home theater projector. It's great for backyard movie nights, traveling, and any other situation where you want to watch movies on the big screen without spending a lot of money or risking fragile, high-end equipment outdoors or on the go. next to an old budget projector with very similar characteristics. They are almost indistinguishable functionally, with the following notable differences: USB connection from iPhone XS: This worked reliably with my old non-OEM cable, but the old projector didn't. (See images) Native Resolution: Although the manual doesn't mention a specific native resolution, the listing does show a photo indicating it's better than 'other' projectors with only 480p native resolution. The QKK I compared it to is 720p native and seems to push more pixels than this one. Based on those two facts, I'm estimating the native resolution to be somewhere between 480p and 720p. Not surprising, but not bad for this price range either. Of course, it accepts 1080p input from a variety of sources, so compatibility with true HD sources like Roku/Firestick/Chromecast isn't an issue. Fan (which is less noisy than a traditional lamp projector). I recommend using the line out jack to connect a higher quality external speaker if you have one. Most Bluetooth speakers sound better in comparison and have a line-in, so you only need a stereo mini-cable to route the sound there. The built-in speaker appeared to have a high-pass filter that cuts out ambient noise in higher-pitched videos, such as B. the crickets in the campfire scene in my example video. (see video) Brightness: they are about the same. None of them are suitable for viewing in anything but darkness. I have an InFocus portable conference room projector with a brightness of 1200-1500 ANSI lumens. The brightness of this projector is comparable to this one. In my opinion, the "lux" in the name is meaningless and certainly doesn't conform to ANSI Lumens, which is the standard for measuring projector brightness. Haven't tested this yet, but it looks like it could be used for rear projection as well. Basically a translucent white nylon fabric, but probably better than projecting onto a non-white and blank wall. A cleaning kit is included to remove dust from the projection element through the hatch on the projector. I can't say I've ever had to do something like this, but it's nice to know that they provided the means to do so. It doesn't. No disassembly required. The package also includes an HDMI cable and a composite AV cable. Combine this projector with your choice of HDMI streaming joystick and you have a portable home theater system that makes for an entertaining movie night on the road or on the go. .
