The seller refuses to return the money
The product is too small for my pet and heavy. Cannot be carried as a backpack, it is heavy and painful in a backpack. I bought the product on 05/23/202q and returned it upon receipt on 05/28/2021. UPS has tried three times to deliver this returned item but the seller refused to accept the item. This returned product got back to me after more than a month. The seller seems to be cheating as the return option is only valid until July 8th. The seller is a scammer. Refuses to return.
