I like that it was easy to use for our sales team since they were new users when we first started working together (we had no previous knowledge of this software).
We would have liked more training at beginning - not sure if there is going be any additional learning resources or how much time you'd need before seeing results from your implementation effort but worth looking into! Sales reporting needs improvement as well- some reports are confusing in terms what exactly does each column mean which can make creating meaningful graphs difficult & sometimes leads us down rabbit holes trying figure out why numbers look different than expected vs other sources.- Overall though still very good tool overall however improvements could definitely come along way better user experience once getting used to navigating through dashboard etc., plus being able improve upon current performance metrics within their own departments / teams so everyone has access too same information easily without having multiple spreadsheets open simultaneously just makes life easier while also making.
