I like that you can use your phone to take pictures of items in your restaurant with the app. This makes it easier for me to order food for my customers as well as keep track of what they are eating. Sometimes when you first start using the app you have to try several times to get it to recognize you. Once you do this it works fine. Also sometimes the camera gets confused and doesn't work right. Sometimes you have to make sure the lighting is good or even take multiple photos so that it will accept one correctly. I am solving the problem of keeping track of what my employees are eating at the restaurant.
