not a professional stylist, but.

I have very long hair and learned to cut it myself as I only need basic maintenance and YouTube is a great source for tutorials lol. Bought these scissors and have used them very successfully - they are very sharp and strong and my hair is happy. I like that I can adjust the "tightness" of the screw that holds the two blades together (a wrench is included for this). comfortable to hold even though I only use them for half an hour or less at a time.
