No where about 2000lm.
Terrible instructions, it's written in Chinese. The yellow wire is for grounding. The other 2 (outside) are your plus and minus, it doesn't matter which one. The lights are nowhere near the advertised lumens. My money is around 400 max working lumens each. They do well in the lighting shelves of a work truck. For anything else, they won't work. They get 1 star for arriving and 2 stars for doing what they say.
