Well if you know how to use neon colors
Pros. The color is nice and bright as described and see the photo and the packaging was good and it arrived on the delivery date. The negative neon colors are very sticky colors, almost like tinted glue, and they are variously not fully opaque colors. What I had to do was paint the base coat with a similar color and then go over it with neon even so I still had to apply 2 or 3 coats of neon paint to make it just as bright. A few non-neon colors were fine and the finish was exactly what I expected.
