I chose this one because I don't need a dangling AirTag just because I thought it would offer more protection if it was in a more fixed position. My dog is a bit wild so I was a bit apprehensive when I bought the AirTag. This one with the more closed front feels really secure like it can't pop out somehow, and it holds it tight enough to the collar that I'm not worried about her messing around with it, although she LOVES to explore her collars and harnesses , as soon as she can reach them. I recommend putting it on the collar where it overlaps, like in the photo, because it absolutely won't move from that spot when it's on the thicker, two-ply part of the collar. Looks very cute!
