My child had a severe skin rash (eczema?). Started using it and it cleared up. Very polite. Not without tears! I wish I'd read the bottle more closely (who has the time?) because there's a warning label, but I just assumed all baby cleansers are tear-free. I washed her hair and the water ran down her face (I didn't put it on her face) and her eyes turned red. Now I'm more careful and everything is fine. I have noticed that my child's skin is not as dry after a bath while using this product. A very mild cleanser, but good enough to wash off all the lotion and anything that has been on her skin for the past few days. Use your hands to wash your baby, not a washcloth, if baby is sensitive. Works just as well without wiping with a washcloth.
