Review on BeSoft Consulting by Jay Aukuso

BESoft has been my IT support for over 9 years now, they are always there to help me no matter what time of day it may be! They have never said anything negative about our business or myself as an employee so I would recommend them highly. Nothing at this point!! Their customer service skills could use some work but once you get past their initial "hassle" factor, everything works out great :) We utilize many different systems throughout our office (file servers/computers) which causes issues since we don't all know how each one operates individually. This can cause problems when someone isn’t familiar with your system therefore causing more stress than needed due to lack knowledge; however, once again these guys come through everytime by fixing things before any damage happens. ! The support from our Sales Manager, who answers all of our questions, is excellent! There are no issues with this product at all; it works as advertised, and is easy to use. It's very user friendly. I have not found anything to dislike about this software. If you want a simple program that doesn't require a ton of training, then this is perfect for you. We needed a way to keep track of all of our invoices and payments, so we used this software. It was extremely helpful in organizing everything.
