It stays in place but requires some tweaking to use.
It works, but needs practice. It got a little wet and dark at first... The hair doesn't have the same brush strokes at all as it should have. I have eyebrows but they are partially light so they seem sparse. I've found it works great when I use it lightly to add more color to the lighter brow hairs. It also holds up very well when wet. To wash it off, you need to wash with cosmetics and rub or wipe.
