Almost exactly as pictured in ad, except the toe on mine is a little more rounded than pointed. I usually have to get a wide calf boot, but these fit great. The quality is ok, but I only bought them for a wedding, versus spending $100 or more on a higher quality item. This boot is perfect for my use. It also fit my foot well; I generally order a 9.5 wide shoe, but got the 10 in this item, with no width selection, and it fits great. If you're wanting a long term wear and use boot, look elsewhere. However this one is perfect for the few times I expect to use it. Also, be careful which photo you select, the one I selected is the one I received.
