The product was easy to assemble, but the hand is not strong enough to hold the Surface Pro 4 on the table without sagging. I found a pinch bolt on the joint and tightened it to the point where it broke the bolt. Still sagging, but now a little slower - 9 ipm instead of 10 ipm. Very disappointed. I can't return it because I already threw away the packaging (my fault for unexamined belief in this product) so I put a folded piece of paper between the connection which physically breaks the connection. Sagging, but it's a workaround I don't need to do - not with a new product and not in this price range.
