Does the job but not very well. It doesn't stick to my bathtub. Even if I hold the scrubber with one foot at the side, it still moves back and forth all over the place, especially when the soap starts getting under the suction cups. The floor in my bathtub is a bit textured but not much, I even grabbed something else with the suction cup and it stayed on the floor in my bathtub when it was tightened, so there is an issue with the suction cups on the bottom of this brush (very cheap). I recommend redesigning and just having a really big suction in the middle rather than those cheap little ones all over the place. Also, the corners are very sharp, so if you try to hold it with your other foot, the corners will keep banging against your legs. I really wanted to like this because I hate using my loofah on my feet but it just doesn't work and moves all over the shower. I'll write about a refund that doesn't cost $40 when I can just use a .89 cent loofah to do the same job.
