This baking mat is a Christmas present for my daughter so I'm not the one who actually uses it so my rating is based on what I see and feel . I've had a Tupperware mat for 35 years and last year I finally changed it to a regular baking mat. The only complaint I have with Tupperware is that it moves all over the counter when rolling out the dough. I don't think that will happen with this mat as it is silicone and while not sticky it seems to stick to the counter. Will this change over time and my guess is as good as mine, but even if it does the price will ensure you don't mind replacing it in a few years time. The size of this rug is large, plenty of space to work. The mat is marked in inches and centimeters on the sides, as are the backing rings. It has conversion charts and I think it would be a great rug for my daughter and well worth the money.
