Review on πŸ–₯️ Sabrent USB 2.0 Sharing Switch for 4 Computers and Peripherals with LED Indicators (USB-USS4) by Jacob Kuntz

Revainrating 4 out of 5

OK, not perfect. Edit: Just bad.

Before I switched to my monitor's (Dell U3818dw) internal KVM switch, I used this switch to switch keyboard/mouse between my Windows 10 desktop and my Raspbian-powered Raspberry Pi. Switching isn't instantaneous, but this may be because KVM switches are typically slow. The KVM switch on my monitor does the same. I took off a star because the toggle button is pretty flimsy and often needs to be pressed multiple times for it to click into place. Maybe I got an inferior block, but I wouldn't believe it. Not bad, but not as good as the Sabrent products I've used in the past. I'd also like some cable management features - there are a ton of cables in this thing and in my opinion the device should come with interchangeable buttons of different lengths. Overall: a decent option, you can find a better product elsewhere. Edit: As of 3 19 21, Sabrent once replaced this device after going finnish and going offline from time to time. This updated device now, after about 6 months, does not switch the connection to any other device. Careful waste of money. Find something else. 1*, would give 0 if possible. It's a shame that Sabrent never let me down.
