This product worked great for us, took about 45-60 minutes to unbox and install and now that it's set up it is holding our TV securely. It comes with a variety of hardware for many different models, good instructions, and some amazing free services that can cost you as much as buying this entire package if you need them. But even without them, it's a good deal. Three caveats to keep in mind, none of which are unreasonable or particularly problematic. First, this attachment system allows in and out, left and right movement, but not up and down. (although leaning). You can probably tell by looking closely at the picture, but we didn't think about it. Second, once installed, we found that our TV was free to slide left and right, which doesn't seem ideal. In theory, it looks like a firm push from one side could push the TV completely out of the mount. I'm pretty sure we installed everything correctly, but it's always possible that it was an error on our part. [Note: The manufacturer says we need to tighten a screw or two to prevent this; we'll try.] - Third, the mount makes access to the ports on the back of the TV difficult, at least for us. The instructions impressively anticipate this and recommend plugging in the plugs before assembly.
