Additionally, their support services are terrible. They are unhelpful in answering questions and resolving problems. The shipping process takes a long time and is prone to mistakes and delays. House2Home is not a trustworthy or dependable online home design retailer in my opinion. There are plenty of alternative places to get what you need, and they provide superior service to customers.
