Review on ServiceSight by Joe Fulce

The ease to use software makes it very easy to learn how best utilize this tool as well has its ability to have multiple users all working from one system which allows us greater efficiency across our entire fleet! What I like least about using SSi was having too many options that were not intuitively understood by my team members who had little computer skills or time needed prior training/education (this could be improved). We are able solve problems such scheduling issues within minutes rather than hours without utilizing other methods available online where we would need more advanced knowledge required for those programs.
