This case is not waterproof because it definitely isn't. Every time it rained, I got water in my feet. This led to a large number of rescue operations. The fabric also fades fairly quickly. Also, one should not wear it when moving the skis as it fits quite loosely and will rub and rub off the paint on the skis. If you are looking for a cover to protect against dust and want to store your skis under hard surfaces, e.g. in a garage or shed, this cover is for you. I bought this suitcase in June 2018. I've towed my skis on four 360 mile tours with it. It now has a hole high up on the front end. It's thin, very thin. In this case I think you get what you pay for and their ads are the reason I gave them a low rating. This does not meet your requirements.
