I bought these to make egg muffins and they are great for that purpose. Haven't tried them for anything else yet, but I'm sure I will. Because the product is silicone, it's a bit difficult to get it off the countertop and into the oven without placing it on a baking sheet. The mini cupcake pan MUST be on the baking sheet first or you'll end up with a giant lattice on the kitchen floor or in the oven when you miraculously get it in the oven without incident. They're also a bit difficult to clean, but not that bad. Overall there are far more pros than cons and I'm glad I bought them.
