I love this coat and have taken great care of it since purchasing it, but unfortunately the hood seams were not sewn properly or the lining material was of poor quality causing the hood seams to come apart . I have treated this coat very well since I bought it in late 2019 but I have noticed that the seams are now coming apart and the lining has ripped at the seam edge making it almost impossible to sew back together. I don't even use the hood so it's a mystery how that happens. I haven't even dry cleaned it yet, so it can't be that. So disappointing. If you're not very good with a needle and thread, you might want to buy something else.
