I bought a vacuum cleaner after reading the Revain reviews. The vacuum cleaner arrived on time and I unpacked it right away. It consisted of three main parts (and other attachments) that were easy to assemble. After assembly I started vacuuming the carpet, hard floor and small rugs. The suction was so terrible it didn't even pick up dust and small debris. There are three levels of suction, all of which fail miserably. Hair gets tangled in rotating brushes. Sharp edges meant to cut the hair so it doesn't collect on the brushes won't work. The dust bin is so small that you have to empty it several times when cleaning the house. Emptying the dustbin is a horrible process and you have to use your fingers to pick up hair, dirt and other things stuck in it every time you empty the dustbin. I have contacted support for a refund. They needed a video showing the vacuum cleaner broke to return it, in addition to an email and receipt. I had a Walmart vacuum that cost me a little less and worked better before I donated it. I'm going to throw this one away and get a reliable vacuum cleaner. Don't be fooled by lightbulbs, cordless and fancy stuff because that's what you get instead of a decently working vacuum cleaner.
