I have read many reviews on this product and expected that it will add filling but so far which has been about a week it is holding up well. It collapses a bit when used, but it is very easy to return it to its original shape. I expect to have to add filling over time, but so far everything is nice and rustic. My husband sat on it to put his shoes on and he said it sagged a bit but other than that it was fine. Considering how much stools cost I thought this was a good buy for what it is. I also love that it's made from recycled denim. I don't like the position of the zipper at the bottom. I need to figure out how to cover it so it doesn't scratch the floor. Maybe sew a small fabric cover on the bottom to cover the zipper puller as it sticks out a bit, or maybe something with velcro. So far everything has been fine, but when I move the stool (by moving it) I hear it and eventually leave a mark. In the meantime I have to be careful and pick it up, not move it.
