These devices live up to the Carhartt name and are very practical! Being made of polyester, they are very thin like other Carhartt "Force" garments. The difference between them and most other Carhartt clothing is that they strike me as more professional for the office than functional for the field. However, as a field engineer, I can just walk into the field and not have to worry about my clothes getting in the way of my work in any way. Excellent. I'm usually between large and extra large depending on what I'm buying and the material. Every piece with Carhartt I runs large and you don't have to worry that it won't fit after a wash or two.
