Stop work on kits

I've owned this NuFACE Trinity for exactly 1 year. When I first bought it, I used it for a week and really liked it. Then they put it under my sink and out of sight. I recently unplugged it again to use it but it wouldn't turn on. I charged it overnight, it still does just what the video shows, I reset it with a paperclip, still nothing. I emailed NuFACE with no response. What should I do now?
