Amazing attentiveness & quick response time
The speed at which they responded to our inquiry, their willingness/ability not only respond quickly but also make suggestions that are very helpful in helping us determine what features we need vs those things you don't really care about as long it meets your needs! I wish there was more transparency with billing information (ie - how much will this cost me).
We were looking into several different companies when choosing between them so far no issues from any other providers out here just qts data center team has been awesome!!
Pros
- Great customer service fast response times for emails.
- Good prices compared too most competitors around town.(not sure if all areas have same price) good value proposition..good bang per buck ratio..you get alot done within 1 hour or less than many others can do over multiple hours...also great pricing structure across market segments...all types & sizes included
Cons
- Almost everything is ok
