After reading the reviews on this product and ordering it, I was wary. But I've decided to use the reviews as references to try and fix any potential issues before they arise. Many have said that it cannot be used outdoors. My son's party was outside under our canopy. I reinforced each connector with clear tape and didn't use very large balloons. I attached the balloons with C-clips before placing them on the table to keep the clips from jerking back and forth as creating an arch of balloons can be tricky with twisting, pushing and pulling the balloons. It was a bit windy day but my balloon arch got up during my 5 hour party and only went down when I took it off. I have attached photos. I would consider this a disposable product, I would not use it more than once. And my package was opened. My plugs were loose in the box. Hence the reason for deducting a star.
