It is very simple and easy to install. I just screwed it straight into the drywall and everything is fine. When it finally pulls out I use some drywall anchors and plug it back in. I'm taking off a star because the instructions don't come with it, but you don't need them. Look closely at the parts and figure out how they work so you don't mount the bindings backwards. There's also no template for how far apart the two sides need to be - you want them to be close enough together that there's some tension, but not too much. If, like me, you just want something simple, you can't go wrong with this. I am very happy that I chose this option.
